abstract = "Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging provide
complementary characteristic and diagnostic information. This
paper discusses the automatic segmentation of meaningful regions
of the human brain. The images of the human brain present many
details with edge detection and connected set analysis. We
demonstrate the results of this process from poor contrasted
dual-echo images.",
